“Courage is doing what you’re afraid to do. There can be no courage unless you’re scared.” -Eddie Rickenbacker

“Courage is the most important of all the virtues, because without courage you can’t practice any other virtue consistently. You can practice any virtue erratically, but nothing consistently without courage.” – Maya Angelou

‎”Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.”–Mahatma Gandhi

The above quotes were on my Facebook News Feed this morning each posted by three of my favorite people. I say His ways are mysterious and marvel at the how the universe works, but I know that in my heart of hearts that we are each given what we need precisely when we need it.

It’s no coincidence that this is what showed up for me today. None at all.

I take these quotes to heart. I’m thankful to the authors for the sentiments and the posters for sharing.

I step forward into my day.

Yes, I’m scared, but I’ll show up and practice consistency. I’ll mark the important things off my list. I’ll do what needs to be done. I will do this because I choose happiness. I choose happiness. I choose happiness.

This is my prayer for us all.
